coffee break - Lubriano

We stopped for cappuccinos while in the cute, tiny town of Lubriano:

Everyone that we passed stared at us... they all knew that we do NOT live there... and they seemed to be wondering how we found our way to Lubriano and/or what we could possibly be doing in their tiny town. I loved this place! We really enjoyed the stop, the views, the town, and the coffeeeeee  : )

Colorful Lubriano

Walking around Lubriano... a small town of less than 1,000 people (across from the well-known Civita with FIVE people living there)... we found beautifully colorful homes and spunk. I love it here.

Fruit and wine!

Lubriano's view! Italy w/family

Our first full day staying in Orvieto, we planned to go on a day trip to Civita di Bagnoregio - a town set on a plateau with cliffs on every side. Civita did not disappoint... but before we arrived there... we stopped in the extremely cute town of Lubriano - which I also loved!

Lubriano has less than 1,000 people living there... and Oh, my! Do they have a view! The fog was magical... but we could still make out the long, steep bridge that makes its way up to Civita across the valley!
